I visited to have them check out a promising used car for $50 before buying. It was the best $50 I’ve ever spent. Bill started out telling me how promising the vehicle was and how good it looked on paper, noting one significant maintenance issue that would be expected. There ended up being a few significant issues. They let me go back and take a look at them, explained what would be involved in repairs, and gave me a ballpark estimate (thousands of dollars!). And they offered to take the time to give a more thorough price estimate… the ballpark was enough for me. 🙂 Then they gave their recommendations of places to go to find cars that generally don’t have major issues. AND they offered another free car examination since this one didn’t pan out. I don’t give 5 stars often, simply so I can reserve them for places like this.

Found this place on google maps and decided to give it a try. It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive repair place. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They exceeded all of my expectations and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. They are all friendly and honest here and I will without a doubt recommend this place to everyone I know. December 20, 2022:I have been going to Master’s Touch for over four years now. I am still getting the same excellent service from day one. Bill and his staff continue to treat me like family and I appreciate them. I would not think about having anyone else work on my car. Castella Henderson My cousin referred me to Bill at Masters Touch. When I spoke to Bill he treated me like I was a longtime customer. I was very impressed by Bill and his entire staff and will definitely use them again for any repairs in the future. I don’t usually post reviews but wanted others to know I had a wonderful experience at Masters Touch.

I’m from out of State and my heater went out. I went to masters touch today dec. 29th 2017 and I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BEST MECHANICS SERVICE EVER. Unbelievable people, place and price. Thought for sure I was going to get ripped off because it’s winter but I was wrong. Treated fair and with honestly. Wish there was one everywhere I travel. Honest, great pricing, very transparent. Saved me a TON with some great solutions through my warranty that I didn’t know I had! I won’t go anywhere else with my Lincoln MKZ. Also, they do great body work for less than my friend that manages a body shop. Go here and breathe easy.

My recent experiences at Master’s Touch have been nothing other than pleasant. My car is old and requires repairs quite often. The mechanics at Master’s Touch had my car looked at immediately and a price quote was determined within minutes. Prices of parts are comparable to most other shops, but the cost of labor has been less than surrounding shops (depending on the complexity of the job). The primary issue I’ve experienced with different shops was trusting the individual working on my car; but when I arrive to pick up my car from Master’s Touch, the mechanic and Bill come to the front to explain what exactly went wrong with my vehicle and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. This is what makes Master’s Touch stand out from other mechanic shops–their courteous service, attention to detail when repairing your vehicle, and trustworthiness of each person working there.

Bring all my problematic cars here. Bill’s team is quick and honest. No problems!
