This was my first time having my car serviced here! We’ve been looking for an honest auto shop! We found it! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop! I can personally say they’re very honest and very reasonably priced! I was told from another auto place that I needed my back shock replaced and wanted to charge me 500.00. I asked them to give me a second opinion and they had the opportunity to tell me I needed it done but they told me I did not need it! Now that’s honesty! With the treatment and honesty I was shown today by the owner and mechanics I can happily say I’ve found myself an honest shop! I highly recommend this place!!

I posted on FB looking for an automotive shop that won’t take me for a ride. I’m a single women that likes cars but doesn’t have the time/space to do the work. Chris was nice enough to message me and I was able to tel him my issues. He listened and was able to give me a quote. I was quoted by another shop $600-$700 for front rear brakes. Come to think of it, that place couldn’t even do an oil change right. William, the owner, wrote on my page that he will take care of me. I called Monday and had my work done today. The price they quoted was right on the money. Did not up sell me or anything. I have NEVER felt more comfortable getting my car fixed. I know that I have made the right choice. Chris and William will have my business as long as I own a car. EVERYONE needs to give them a call. They will for sure treat you like family. Thanks guys. I will tell EVERYONE about your shop

I brought in two cars to Masters Touch that were just recently purchased because the one’s engine went out and the others transmission went out within days after purchase. Bill was beyond helpful with us as well as helping us with our problems we were having with the dealership since both cars had been sold to us knowing they were not going to be running long. He completed the work in a fast timely manner and was so honest and didn’t screw us over. Bill genuinely cares about his customers. We will forever be loyal costumers now thanks to Bill and his amazing team. Will recommend Masters Touch to anyone needing any kind of car problems or tune ups. Two big thumbs up!!
