My family and I have been using Masters Touch Automobile for several years now and from the staff, Diana and Bill it’s nothing but first class! I recently was in need of some repair work and they were able to get me in quickly and then kept me updated on everything that was going on. Bill, the owner is first class. He will not tell you you need something unless you ACTUALLY need it. He’s a very honest and genuine nice guy. Along with my repair I actually purchased a set of the Hercules tires from them. These were very affordable and they are really smooth while driving. In the future I will continue to use these tires on my car and my family’s vehicle’s.

Bill is such a great dude. Found this shop via my neighbor. I drive 20+ mins to come to this shop because of its quality work and customer service. I am shocked by the one negative review left by Jessica. I would encourage any and all people to work with this wonderful company. I drive a 2009 minivan and I have had wonderful recommendations on when to fix what and why. They make it easy to Understand what is going on. The prices are really reasonable and you are getting quality work. My van is older so somethings just are needing to be replaced but I’m not being pressured in to doing anything for no reason. When I get an oil change he has told me. Hey looks like we are going to be watching xyz but it doesn’t need to be replaced yet. Or we need to rotate your tires. Or whatever. I really appreciate the work I’ve had done. My recommendation is to call and make an appointment. They are wonderful about telling me a day and time that actually works. I think like most car issues or maintenance you have to keep a calm mind and posture. It’s not their fault if your car has an issue. They are trying to help you out. So be kind. And you’ll have a wonderful experience.
