My vehicle was dropped off a little more than two weeks ago now. This altercation occurred yesterday. I brought in my personal work truck to get a free diagnostic done on it. They had done the diagnostic and the truck had been sitting for a little over a week and a half at their lot. I came to pick it up two days ago around 7 PM. I was unsuccessful due to my battery not being large enough to charge my other truck battery. It is my personal work truck and I never tried to claim it as a company truck. You can talk to my former employer, me claiming is it a company truck would do nothing for me. Then you see me on camera trying to take my own vehicle after Telling me to come get my vehicle after the free diagnostic. The following day you towed the vehicle at 2 PM. I show up at 4 PM and you called me all sorts of unprofessional names. Names that I cannot put in this review. This gentleman does good work at the shop and I am not going to say otherwise. He absolutely does good work and I was happy with the work he had done to my company work truck. As far as the personal work truck goes I am not happy with how that situation transpired. Do not leave your vehicle on this guys lot. Come get your vehicle immediately. Like I said he does good work. I am thoroughly confused as to me and this gentleman, Bill, hit it off really well. If he wants me to pay him A diagnostic fee I’d be more than happy to do so. I fancy myself a kind and straightforward person and I do not appreciate the way I was treated. He did not want me to pay for the diagnostic after he had towed my vehicle.As previously stated I’d be more than happy to pay that. I am an honest and straightforward person and after all this I’m still willing to pay even though he told me it was a free diagnostic.
Caleb, lets get some of the facts straightened out. First you dropped off your vehicle on 10/7. An estimate was provided on 10/8 and you said you would advise us the next day of what repairs you wanted to do. We heard nothing from you. There were three calls made to you requesting a decision and we got no response. The only call we got was from your boss who said you told him the truck was a company truck needing repairs. He asked for information and said that it was not a company truck and was your personal vehicle. We already knew that. I then emailed you asking for a decision or for you to pick up the vehicle. As for diagnosis we do free if you do the repairs here. Otherwise there is a $65 charge for us to give you the diagnostic. You were told that if the vehicle was not picked up the next week (10/26) it would be towed and that you were incurring storage charges as we don’t have room to store vehicles. Then we have a video of you (AT 9:00 PM NOT 7:00 PM) trying to jumpstart your vehicle to remove it from our lot without payment. This was still with no communication to us from you. This was attempting to not pay the amount due to us for diagnostic and storage. Upon seeing that a voice mail was left informing you that your vehicle would be taken to the impound lot where you can make arrangements to pick it up. We didn’t get any of the money you owed us. You then showed up to pick up vehicle and I informed you that it was at the impound lot. The unprofessional names you were called were thief and liar of which I consider you to be. You attempted to take your vehicle without any approval or payment after we are closed. Thank you for saying we do good work as we do. I am sorry that you chose to do business in a dishonest way as we never cheat our customers. We spent a lengthy amount of time getting a full diagnostic of your truck. The courtesy of a call to advise of your decision would have been appreciated.

Friendly and honest. No ability to store cars past time unless you plan CV to pay storage charges.
Thank you Regina. We are like many shops unable to store cars once the repairs are done due to limited space. Storage charges don’t start until your car has been there more than 48 hrs. We appreciate your understanding.
