Master’s Touch is by far the best shop I’ve ever been to. They are honest and upfront. You know what you are going to pay before your car is serviced. They talk to you about any concerns and explain everything in detail. These people will treat you right.

Bill was absolutely amazing. Our dealership told us we had a broken axel and needed a new transmission and quoted almost 7k. We got a referral to Master’s Touch and they graciously quoted us about 3k less. After about a week or so of them having our car they called to tell us they fixed the axel and cleaned up the small amount of metal in the transmission and that we didn’t actually need a new transmission. We ended up with only an $800 Bill. They could have just replaced the transmission and made the extra money but they went out of their way to be honest and save us the money. They also leave a nice little goodie package when you pick up the car. They will definitely be our go to mechanics from now on!

Highly recommend these guys. Fast, friendly, quality service that went above and beyond. Scott even lent me his personal car, so that I could go back to work while they worked on my car. When all was done, I went home with a small gift box and received a friendly followup call to make sure everything was good.

My radiator was on the fritz and they fixed it and saved me 400 dollars! Very quickly too which is important because I work 2 jobs. Amazing work, very communicative as well!
