Duplicate review of someone we will not work on his car and had to call police to have him leave property.

We have no customers by this name. Whoever it is created a profile just for this review to attempt to hurt our reputation. There have been 3 one star reviews left recently that all were from the same person using new profiles to do this. Fortunately we have several hundred legitimate reviews that tell you who we really are and that we care deeply about our customers. There is not a better shop in St Louis at being ethical and honest in our work. We take pride in ALWAYS doing the right thing. We will not do something that will not fix your vehicle correctly and safely. Yes we are there to make a profit and are not a charity organization. However we don’t overcharge and we stand behind our work. We guarantee everything we do. I wish we could make everyone happy at all times but that is not possible. This person is obviously wanting to hurt our reputation and won’t use a real name so we can’t give their opinion much credence. Come see us at Master’s Touch Automobile and decide for yourself. This is the same person as Bob. They create names and leave a bad review We show no customer ever coming in with this name. Obviously you are on a mission to try and hurt a business for no reason and as this is the first review you have ever left is more proof. Thankfully we have so many customers who appreciate us that your attempt will go nowhere.
