Bill the owner tried charging me $100 to leave it overnight. That wasn’t even a diagnostic fee. Took it to another shop and they happily let me leave car overnight without charge.
Well if that was true we would be a parking lot! We are an auto repair facility and we wont keep cars here without an authorization and the key. You were willing to leave neither.

something seems off about this place. The owner seems very aggressive upselling services.
Duplicate review of someone we will not work on his car and had to call police to have him leave property.

Bill seems annoyed at times. Not good customer service
We have no customers by this name. Whoever it is created a profile just for this review to attempt to hurt our reputation. There have been 3 one star reviews left recently that all were from the same person using new profiles to do this. Fortunately we have several hundred legitimate reviews that tell you who we really are and that we care deeply about our customers. There is not a better shop in St Louis at being ethical and honest in our work. We take pride in ALWAYS doing the right thing. We will not do something that will not fix your vehicle correctly and safely. Yes we are there to make a profit and are not a charity organization. However we dont overcharge and we stand behind our work. We guarantee everything we do. I wish we could make everyone happy at all times but that is not possible. This person is obviously wanting to hurt our reputation and wont use a real name so we cant give their opinion much credence. Come see us at Masters Touch Automobile and decide for yourself. This is the same person as Bob. They create names and leave a bad review We show no customer ever coming in with this name. Obviously you are on a mission to try and hurt a business for no reason and as this is the first review you have ever left is more proof. Thankfully we have so many customers who appreciate us that your attempt will go nowhere.

Bill is extremely helpful and was able to get my car in immediately. The office staff is amazing- including Red & Sadie. I will 100% be going back to him with my vehicles. I was introduced to his business by fate, and I am already impressed! I am so glad he is able to help to save us a ton of money as we are 2 broke college students just trying to make our 23 year old vehicle pass inspection without breaking the bank on unnecessary repairs. I’ve already recommended Master’s Touch to family and friends as well. I am so grateful and beyond blessed for his kind touch on customer service!
